ProFormance Powertrain Products, a Division of Aftermarket Technology Corporation, entered into a 180 day 5% commission contract with our company. We were to sell and promote PPT products in a three state region. We did, then they decided that they did not want to pay the commission, and said we did not have a legimitate contract, but followed that up by cancelling it a few days later, giving us 30-days notice as the contract stated.

For the months of March and April, we were due over $20,000, and were still to be paid for May, June, July, August.

Mr. Colarossi is a crook, been working for several companies, now he has a Director of Sales that was let go for taking kickbacks at another company, at least that is what the hear-say is.

This division of PPT is going broke, about to lose $5 million this year, but they owe us. Contact them, ask why they will not honor their contracts.
