Low and behold! Less than 48 hours after posting my disgust with this organization, guess who calls? Steve himself. The one who's never available. I guess he's got time for me now. Hey Steve, CAN YOU HERE ME NOW??? But get this, the parts he said were on the way 3 weeks ago have just been ordered and supposedly being shipped on August 31, 2009. Are you FUC_ _ _G kidding me, August 31st, they were supposed to be ordered in July. Un-fuc_ _ _g real! SO! Just like I promised I'm continuing MY CRUSADE because Steve chose to ignore my request and therefore it's paramount that I get my message across with venom. I'm pissed! Thank goodness for websites like this allowing me to publicly vent my frustrations. This SH_T ain't over 'til it's over. Paul, you should take a good look at your sales team and re-evaluate the type of customer service being provided. Wouldn't it be funny if Paul had no idea of Steve's BULLS_ _T. Wouldn't it be funny if Paul cut Steve's commissions in half pending a probationary period of 180 days from this point on. Customer service is what keeps us coming back but, this place, FORGET IT! IT'S A WRAP! NEVER AGAIN! Proformance Unlimited should be renamed NONCOMPLIANCE We Rob U!
