I thought I was paying for a simple Adobe product download so I could access an email. I received the product, but was charged more than triple what it was advertised!

While balancing my online bank account, I saw that programmall had taken $70.50 out of my account! I immediately called the number my bank had recorded for the transaction, and was told they couldn't take my call "right now" (they have never taken my numerous calls) but if I left my email address they would get back to me in "24 hours."

Their site says that phone number is available "24/7." Yes, it does get answered, but by automation. I have called numerous times and I get the same message, that they will email me in "24 hours."

I have been trying to get ahold of someone at programmall through both telephone messages and by filling out "tickets" for the past 5 days now. Not only have they not answered any of my phone calls, but they have not responded to a single "ticket." I have filled out 5 "tickets" for them, and each one says, "Unanswered" by it.

They also boast, "You can click on the live chat link above to start a chat with our representatives." -- there is no "live chat link!!!"

I am not an idiot, and I have very limited time to deal with things like this, but I want my money back, and rightly so!!
