I was trying to buy a control wheelchair for my mother in law, she is 70 years old and have fibrosis pulmonary and everytime she walks she gets out of breath but when she is sitting she is in better stand, so we decide to buy her a control wheelchair to make her life better so she can move around, and go out to the stores  in company of her sister at least to look around and not be at home. when i call to buy the wheelchair the sale man call John recomeded to me the Pride Go Chair, after all the talking and features of the scooter, he never mention to me that if she is not happy with the Scooter i will loose 20% of the total payment and that and that  i have to paid to shipped back to them, adding add my total lost is more than 20% , they claim is advertised on their website but is not and they never told me over the phone, i tried to  find out about the money back guarantee but they said only 7 days and no matter what they still will keep 20% ,  Karenne Matta the tracking and returns coordinator make me sign an electronic paper that i was not able to read until i agree on terms and conditions without seeing whta  was is written in them. Is more than ripoff Progress Mobility are not  providing any Satisfaction to any costumer as they claim on their website. I hope somebody read this before they get themselves into this scam.
