Ripp off artists I lived in Progress Residential home in Villa Rica in Ashbury development for 3 yrs. Every year they goes up on rent I decided to move out. The inspection agent didnt show up at the schedule walk through. My lease was up the same day. They charge me for another month & outrageous fees, I left the primises in great condition.
