This company cold calls marketing professionals to participate in a survey.  At conclusion, they ask you for some identifying information and ask if you would be interested in receiving a free newsletter.  After claiming to send you three intro copies (mine never came) you receive unprofessional phone calls claiming if you dont' provide a credit card payment for $299, they will 'turn over to collections.' 

After receiving the call, I told them in writing I never authorized a subscription.    The first newsletter arrived the next day (no invoice of course). It is nothing more than a pamphlet with unoriginal material (quotes from the President and reprinted surveys from Marketing Sherpa).

This is an unprofessional, aggressive, and deceptive approach; and youI reported to:
