Bought Single man policy for two pickup trucks. one always in locked storage. One other at address it non driver with severe spinal damage.

While out of state, progressive claiming someone else I never heard of lives at my address. Told agent this was false information and I fully disclosed the one other non driver at apartment when policy was purchased.

Two weeks later I got billed over 400.00 for adding that same person I've never heard of. Upon protest, agent said that I had to call progressive insurance myself.

Progressive phone representative refused to accept that I have no idea who they added to my policy and refused to remove them and refused to connect me with their supervisor. Called back and was treated more rudely that the first call center employee, also refused to connect me with a supervisor.

Filed complaints in person at agent office, made signed statement of fact, never heard of that person before and believing issue was completed. It wasn't. Next day guy claiming to be a supervisor called and said he was charging another 95.00 adding the non driver with spinal injuries to my policy and there's nothing I can do about it.

I told him I am terminating that policy right now today and not acceptable to add people, a non driver at that, and the fraud of someone else I don't know to policy. Policy was in effect 7 weeks of the 26 week life of policy. They refuse to show what charges are and still added another driver fee.

Never  received refund of anything nor explanation of the changes in dispute. Agent refused to provide further documentation of charges and refund. Policy was made effective February 8th 2022 and had to fire progressive insurance company for fraud on March 31st 2022.

Still no refund or response. After 6 years, I will Never use progressive again.
