Progressive Insurance Ripoff Kansas City Missouri
On the 30th of August, we descided to put our buss ford E350 on the road, so that morning we went online and subscribed for insurance with progressive.
driving 15min later, a lady drove into our bus, and we were in auto accident.
Progressive insurance are saying that they did not get the money paid with credit card untill after the accident. so they denial the clam but they took the money. Please help!

Was the Ford E350 passenger van just purchased?
Brand new or used?
How much did you pay for the insurance?
Did you get a onscreen insurance confirmation from Progressive?
If you were not actually convered by Progressive, but insurance coverage was pending underwriting then you were not covered.
Something is missing from this story because I was a former customer of Esurance and I had signed up for Esurance online and was covered immediately after I paid for the quoted coverage.
