Complaint Review: Progressive Insurance

I got a quote from Progressive Insurance after they asked me a list of questions, including whether or not this was the first vehicle and insurance in my name, which it was.

My minthly payment was to come automatically out of my checking out each month and after the first month they sent me a letter stating that since I never provided them with proof of any other vehicles that had insurance in my name that my premium was going up and they were going to take it out of my account.

I called them about the situation but they said that I never told them that this was the first car in my name and I still owed them this extra money, so I quickly stopped payment on that automatic withdrawl, and now they have reported me as deliquent on my credit report.
