Complaint Review: progressive learning corporation

Progressive Learning Coropration is a ripoff, they do nothing but scam on people and the overall product is not worth it. They lure people in by offering $1,000.00 in grocery coupons and 3 night 2 day hotel accomodations to go with free disney tickets that were not valid and worthless. They state that your account will be sent to the credit bureau to improve credit factors, but they only reported my act when i cancled them for not properly shipping the product that was in our contract. The company contacted my family and harassed them on a daily basis, as well as threatend to go after the sales person who sold us the product. When i called and spoke to a customer service representative over the phone, she was very rude and not willing to disucss my account or help me out, instead she kept saying talk to the collections agency. I would discourage anyone from using this corporation as they are scandolous, the product is very bland and not worth the price tag.
