This email inquiry is in regard to a Tort: Personal Injury damages insurance claim. I have contacted the insurance company to settle this claim for a significant impact of a clear liability. As a Pro-se litigant, I pursued alternative dispute resolution to settle this claim for proper compensation for the negligent act of the driver who rear-ended my vehicle. I provided medical records that state a up to a two year recovery period from my neurologist, Dr. Walsky. Progressive Northern Insurance Co claims it is a low impact and has offered a low settlement of $14,555 that will not pay for the past, present, and future personal injury recovery period that they are 100% responsible to pay for. Outstanding medical costs are at $26,000. I am considered "eggshell plaintiff" due to pre-existing injuries from a 2005 motor vehicle accident from a Progressive Northern Insured driver. I was not 100% recovered; as a result I am claiming damages for re-aggravated spinal injuries- cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacrum. Aggravation to the head that caused severe emotional distress, headaches, insomnia, fatigue, nausea, and a right eye cataract from trauma to the cervical and thoracic spine. I request compensation for loss of quality of life with family and friends, missed opportunities in film work, and loss of potential earned income. Thank you for your time and effort.

I mean REALLY?

In 2005 and again, people who have Progressive Insurance rear end you?  No one with any other insurane ever rear ends you, only people that have Progressive?

That is pretty fishy to me.
