I was a tenant of Progressive Properties and I totally agree with the review posted. Bob Bates is liar and a sneaky Weasel. He is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Do not rent from Progressive Properties. Don't believe the hype (A+ rating by BBB). They will twist things around to keep your money (security deposit). Please don't fall for their lies. Don't rent any of their properties.
