Complaint Review: Progressive Van Lines - AYTransport

We hired Progressive Van Lines - AY Transport to move personal household items, 2 Harley Davidson Motorcycles crated and my 1990 Honda Civic they told us it would take a 40Ft. Container Agreed. A few weeks later we receive a 20Ft. Container the Bikes were not crated 2001 Harley was smashed and sratched not to mention no car.

For the next two months phone calls were not returned, nobody knew where the car was finally I myself had to locate the car, have it shipped here because the destination was wrong, plus no info on who even owned the car.

We are talking bad business! Extra stress to a already stressfull move.

Say no to Progressive!
