dispute with CC company

If you paid the deposit by credit card, call the CC company to dispute the charges, since services were never rendered. If Progressive claims you cancelled the move after the 7-day window had passed, ask them to produce the certified mail letter that is required to formally cancel the move, since any other form of communication does not fit their legal definitions of a cancellation.
