Complaint Review: Progressive Van Lines - National Moving Network

I was contacted by Stuart S from the National Moving Network when I inserted the search at the internet finding movers. He asked me when I anticipated to move. Specifically told him all my stuff which needed to be transported from Marlborough MA to Tampa FL. He quoted me $1075 so long as they dont exceed 2000 pounds which they never did.

When the guys came to pickup stuff to my apt, they wrapped some stuff in boxes. I tried to tell them to use my box because I had about 50 more box left over but they refused because they to had to find a way to rip me off. The guys from the Progressive Van Line added the so called binding or non binding charges of $586 on top of the $1075.

Initially I asked not to rap those stuff and they refused stating that they cant transport it the way they are, and I remember when I moved up north I never rapped the stuff which they rapped and they made it safely when I used UPACK Movers who charged me about $950 for the entire house, but this time these guys only move 1/3 of my entire house without big stuff like the bedroom set, no sofa set etc. and abnormally charged me that much. Some stuff where broken, and my computer table got lost in their warehouse.
