Progressive Van Lines Ripoff They did not deliver all items on first trip, on return valuable items were missing Pembroke Park Florida San Jose California
On Jan 15, 2005 the said company picked up household furniture and 9 cartons in Winter Park FL, to be delivered to Tomkins Cove NY. On Jan 26 received a call that driver on his way. He did not follow direction and got stuck insisting I pay for a shuttle truck on the 26th of Jan.
The shuttle arrived on the 26th, he would not off load without the balance of 920 dollars. Only half of the furniture was delivered and only four cartons. Iwas treated very rudely when I called the company to complain and after many phone calls and threats to call the attorney general of Fl.
Another delivery was scheduled some time in FEb. On this date, a souch, a mattress, no frame and four more boxes arrived, two of the boxes had been opened and resealed. The missing carton had many valuable items and was never received. I have also not received a claim form after several call to Progressive Van Lines.
