A person engaging in a protest recently physically assaulted and screamed at an innocent horse, in the employ of the Kansas City Police department.
The horse already had to endure much commotion and loud, vulgar speech, but to be physically attacked by a protester when the horse as an innocent animal had nothing to do with with any sort of political position one way or the other is absolutely indefensible. The person, April J. Foster was protesting under the banner of a Communist group named 'Progressive Youth Organization' physically attacked the horse then ran away to the back of the group.
This group is now demanding that charges be dropped against the violent animal abuser April J. Foster via their Facebook page.
This cannot be allowed to stand; April J. Foster needs to be punished to the full extent of the law as an example of what the repercussions are for harming innocent animals.
