Complaint Review: Prohosting

Prohosting rip-off charged my card after I notified them to remove it then they wont reverse the charge or admit they made a mistake Provo Utah

I was upset because prohosting did not notify me before they charged my card , they did not send an invoice before or after they charged it, so I wrote them an e-mail asking them why, and the billing lady just wrote a nasty letter back to me like I was a child, so I notified them to remove my card and I would make other arrangments to pay, they gave me the run around over the next 20 days or so I have completed my web page, all that work, and then a charge from prohosting shows up on my account,

I was furious so I wrote a very nice letter explaining the circumstances, and they are still giving me the runn around, now they want to charge me for their mistake, what a bunch of A@@holes.

My bank says I have legal recourse so Im waiting for my atty to do something.the worse thing about this is that I am moving my website after all that work it will be lkike starting over again. I will demand compensation from them including atty fees and court cost. there little $17.00 fee is gonna cost them dearly.
