I first met Mike Jones thru a business card that he dropped off at my place of business, 6 months later i decided to meet with him to consult. He required $50 to start and another $450 once paperwork was completed. He told me he is not infact the judge so he cant tell me if the record is going to get expunged or not. I googled his company and tried to see if I can find bad reviews and found none. But he did promise me he can promise me I am 110% eligiable for an expungement. Towards the end of this 7 month process I realized I was not. We started paperwork in March 2013, The state of New Jersey first denied me because I had to wait 10 years after the date of completion of Probation which was September of 2008. We filed a motion because there is a new law in which states it can be expunged within 5 years instead. The motion costed more money, In total I paid Mike Jones $880. Now when Mike Jones told me I was 110% eligiable for expungement in March 2013, it was a lie. I was eligible September of 2013. Thats the date we should of started submitting the paperwork. So when the judge denied me in August 2013 he said I had to wait another month to start this 7 month process all over again. When I contacted Mike a month late to resubmit paperwork, He wanted more money to start paperwork. So instead of using the money that was given to him in past, And knowing it was his fault we were denied, because of the time in which he initially submitted paperwork. He tells me I need to cover cost of court papers submission. Me and him had a few disagreements in this 7 month process, In which he cursed at me, etc. But I was already a few hundred bucks in, I did not want to lose the money if we were so far ahead ( in which I thought we were ). Finally our last conversation, He says he will submit paperwork, but i would have to cover cost. I agreed again, I never heard anything from him in a month. I just called him today, He tells me he would not do any more paperwork for me because I have a bad attitude and hung up on me? Why because I had a few things to say because I paid $880 and was denied because of his simple mistake when he promised me I was eligible in March when I wasnt. So now I will continue process on my own and $880 less in my pocket.
