Beware of these CONMAN, they are deceitful, coldhearted persons that will go to any length to swindle you out of your hard earned money.  Do not get involved or beleive anything these people tell you. They have been doing this for years, they are involved with Project One right now they were previously involved with Alliance and with people like Tim Cho who is being sued for similar things while he was still involved with Roger Ellis Frazier.  They jump from one project to the other leaving a trace of monetary destruction in their path.  Im glad to know that their Reing is about to come to a complete HALT. I am contributing in everything that I can to make sure they are brought to justice and will be happy when they are behind bars paying for all the harm they have caused. Financially and Emotionally without a care in their mind.

This post and those like it should be a cautionary tale for independent film producers.  Remember that if you use a third party to raise funds, and you do not have direct contact with the individual investors, this kind of thing can happen more often than not.  The third party fund raisers can make all kinds of promises and assertions that you have no idea about, and the investors (who are good people and well meaning) can get caught up in this kind of misinformation and reactionary anger resulting in posts like this one.  We will say again, that Project One Films and La Linea, Inc. are NOT a fund raising entities.  The funds for the film "The Line" were raised by a third party.  Project One Films does not have the ability, legal or otherwise, to solicit money from investors. Project One Films is a small, scarcely resourced production company which manages the physical production of independent films (only one to date). Project One films is not privy to what promises were made to the individual investors nor does it know what kind of information has been given or withheld from them.  Project One Films management has made several attempts to communicate and settle differences with the third party fund raising company with no success.  It is our opinion that the fund raising company has a vested interest in making their investors believe that Project One Films are bad people and that the investors are victims of some kind of scam.  That, of course,  is much easier than being honest and upfront with their clients about the facts.  Project One Films management has offered to have meetings with the investors and explain the history of the film and the process -- including what to expect and the options for the future.  Every attempt to reach out to them has been denied.  Therefore, we have to option but to conclude that there are people that are benefiting from the lack of information.

We invite any and all individual investors to contact us through our website.  We will be happy to discuss the history of "The Line", its current status, what to expect, and options for moving forward.

Again, we will request that if anyone has any question or concerns to please refrain from these kind of dramatic theatrics.  We know that, in fact, there are good people that may have concerns.  If you are angry or frustrated, then information and communication is that best route to clarity.  Please use that instead of this.

Thank you...
