Complaint Review: Project Refund & AMR LD Service Plan

I contacted Project Refund to try to get some work to do at home. They were going to send out me a kit that would be $50.00 but would be refunded after 90 days if I did not want to do it. I decided to try it and gave them my credit card number.

On our Aug. bill they had charged us 98.90. So I payed it and made a copy so I would get the whole amont back when I sent the kit back because I had called them and told them I wasn't going to do it.

Then our Sept. bill came and there were 2 charges for 29.95 to TMC and one for 48.79 to Amr Ld Service. We had no idea what these were for. We checked into it and the 2 for 29.95 were from Project Refund (after I had told them no) but they would refund the whole amount if I sent the kit back before Oct. 24th.

THe 48.79 we still don't know what it is for but we know that Project Refund gave them our credit card number. Have been trying to call them but all we get is a busy signal.
