Complaint Review: Projector Lamp Center SageRyder Inc.

Ordered replacement TV Bulb on 8/30/08. Credit Card was hit with charge that day. Part was supposedly in stock, but after weeks, was finally told of back order. Cancelled order on 10/6. Company refused to immediately credit my card, but instead pointed to company policy of mailing refund check within 30 business days. Received Refund invoice on 11/17/08 stating refund would processes in about 30 business days. It's now mid February 2009 and I'm still waiting on a refund check that will likely never come. I call weekly if not daily and am always told that my check is in the next batch to be processed --- yeah right!

Do not do business with this company. Highly unethical --- It's a scam! I have reported company to BBB, FBI internet fraud. I suggest you do the same.

Just curious -- Has anyone ever gotten a refund back on a canceled order from this company?

I was stupid and let too much time go by to be able to have my credit card company dispute the charge and reimburse me. If you are in this situation, contact your CC company today and get those charges reversed. It looks to be the only way you'll get your money back.
