Projector Lamp Center - SageRyder Keeping your refund/refunding is a scam Atlanta Georgia
I have been trying to get a refund for a returned product since July. My check is always "in the mail". This company did not deliver my product on time. When the product came, I returned it. I paid shipping. Projector Lamp Center (PLC) refused the shipment because you can not return "in the manufacturers box". Hmmm, didn't relize PLC was actually Sony? The shipment was returned to me, I shipped it back AGAIN, and paid for shipping AGAIN.
I have paid 2 shipping costs, and also a restock cost, and I still do not have a refund.
I need help!

I received a voice mail from Ashley (PLC) yesterday at 3:45 p.m. stating my refund check #2102 was CUT and MAILED that day.

I just live chatted with "Charles" this morning. Charles states my refund should be sent out today or tomorrow.
I asked for the name of the customer service manager. He would not give me a name. He told me to call accounting.
I have also filed a report with the BBB and the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
I am going to call accounting. Good times!
