Projectorexport charged differently. waited months and not ship-out. after cancellation no credit back Internet

i purchased a 32" Sharpe LCD HDTV (Aquos LC32GP3UB) on ProjectorExport.com (Order No.283507). but the invoice price and the credit card price is different (869.00 - 949.00). then because of back order (that's what they said) i waited for several months.

so finally i received a call from them saying that the TV was shipped back to their warehouse. i was so mad immediately canceled the whole thing. several months later until today, i got nothing back from this company; can't even call (i always give up after 45 min.)
