Projectorquest Global Tradequest Does not/will not honor warranty. Webster, New York
I bought this bulb for my Sony projerctor with a six month warranty. Projector bulb lasted for about 500 hours (four months) of an expected 2000+ hour life span. After returning the bulb to projectorquest.com I was told that the bulb was not their product and had somehow been altered, an obvious untruth. No refund or believable explanation of how this could occur. What a rip-off!
