Complaint Review: Prolific Promotions

Beware of Prolific Promotions!! We would go out to gas stations to fix windshields but 99% of the ones fixed only had tiny abrasions! If we didn't try to fix something on the windshield we would get yelled at!

And its not a lifetime warranty! We would be told to re-bill the insurance company and despite what we were instructed to tell the customers, we would not replace the windshields if something went wrong! We would only replace the windshield if it could be proven that the starting crack was the exact same one we fixed in the first place!!

I was the only one who ever drove or did much of anything. I got totally taken advantage of and then was "let go" because I wasn't getting enough chips! Sorry but I wasn't going to find some little speck and try to pitch it! And if someone gets their windshield fixed more than once, it doesn't raise their rates but it keeps them from getting the best rates!

I hate to say it but I wonder if it wasn't some sort of racism. There were two of us that came in about the same time that were white and we were the only white people there except for the boss. Both of us got the worst events, we got ignored, and then let go because we weren't pulling enough. But there were plenty of others who had been doing way worse than us and had been there longer. But no one said anything to them! The whole thing was ridiculous!!
