well it looks like I'm one more... the same procedure with the same poor catalog... acctualy when I try to buy something from the catalog they ask me for more money..... I try to contact the office to get my money back but there was no answer...

There have to be something we can do. If they open a bussines and webpage and they have advertising with one of the most popular latin t.v sations ( TELEMUNDO) somebody have some information..
