Prolocating, Chris Phelps liar, breach of contract, stole my money Cedar Hill Texas
On April 15, 2004 I entered into a contract with Prolocating to provide locations for two vending machines. His company required a full payment in advance of $300, which I immediately tendered.
His website made statements that alluded to a two week turnaround. Unfortunately I didn't notice that there was no time limit on the contract that I signed. After several weeks, I started asking when I would receive the placements. I frequently received responses like, "we're working on it," or "we'll have something for you later in the week." This has gone on for 5 months.
I have twice requested a refund. I receive responses that they have already invested too much time into this contract and cannot refund my money.
I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Dallas. They received a response from Prolocating saying that I had already been provided the locations and that they were working on replacement locations!
At this point, I don't ever expect to get my money back. I just wanted to warn others in the vending business not to use this company. I have heard from others in the business that he is doing the same thing to them.
