JD from this company convinced my 78 year old widowed mother that she should pay them $1275 to install a condensation pump. This is a $60 item and fifteen minutes of work to connect it to the AC pan, run a $5 plastic tube to the washer drain two feet behind the pump and plug it into the wall socket.
I've gotten a couple of quotes and they have ranged from $200 to $300.
My mother told me about it and I said she needed to ask for a refund. They gave her a song and dance about insurance and having to pay workers and left it at that. I called and spoke to "JD". He hung up on me the first time I called and then was clearly angry with me for daring to question the price when I called back.
He said he would "look into it" and call me back but hasn't at this time, nearly a week later. I'm reporting them to the Florida States Attorneys Senior Protection Team. If anyone else has had issues with them please email me at rokdevil@gmail.com
