Sharon Zhang, Owner of Promo Advertising is very Unprofessional and has a Lack of Communication Skills when talking with me. Owner does not hold Graphic Designer Jr. Pena accountable for mistakes made on an order.

As result, Owner asked me for another Deposit to correct and Reprint about a Dozen Shirts that were misprinted by Graphic Designer. When I questioned Mrs Zhang why? She became very irrate, defensive and  condescending in her conversation stating quote "You are very hard to deal with" and "You always give me a hard time". This was a Key Reason for continuing to do business with Promo Advertising.

In addition, due to printing mistake by Promo Advertising and it's Graphic Designer I received my order a Week Late and My Client was Deployed Overseas causing Credibility damage to my company with respect to timeliness.

With my years of dealing with Promo Advertising I have not scene Owner, Sharon Zhang talk in an Unprofessional manner to other clients the way she spoke with me.

For several weeks I had contacted and went pass establishment in 2013 to get my Transparencies of my Artwork (Paid for as part of my Set-Up Charge which included Artwork) but each time Sharon Zhang, Owner was never available. When at establishment I spoke with Graphic Designer Jr. Pena to retrieve but he would have them but would not allow me to see any as if I was going to walk out with them. He contacted Owner and Owner Stated to me " She will charge me $60 per Transparency and $120 for Transparency and Actual Screen Combined".

Well today, Thursday 01/09/2014 I stop passed and Owner, Sharon Zhang was available. When asked about the above she stated they were disguarded and destroyed. Two minutes later Graphic Designer Jr Pena had them in his hand in folder. So she Lied.

I am an African American Clothing Designer with a Registered Trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 1999. I wanted to use a Local Business for most of my Screen Printing purposes which I found Promo Advertising to be a Good Fit in 2005. Though prices were expensive having them supply garments and print , I leveled the cost by supplyin my own garments  and just paying for a wholesale printing cost based on location and quantity, also screen cost.

To be continued as i have to run an errand

Just like "IamHeavyHittaz" said in his complain that he has been Promo's customer for many years. If Sharon and Junior treated him so badly and so un-professionally, how come is it he came back so many times? Well, you have your own judgment.

"IamHeavyHittaz" became an unhappy customer because you wanted the screen for his t-shirt design. Since day one, it is our company policy that all screens are the property of Promo Advertising, which is the common practice for almost all screen printers. The policy statement as following on every sales order with other sales terms:

* All screens and embroidery tapes remain the sole property of Promo Advertising

I have IamHeavyHittaz’s signature that he agreed the Terms and Conditions when he did business with Promo.  But a few years later, he just wants to get the screens for free. When we refused his unreasonable request and showed him the Terms and Conditions he signed, he got angry and had this complain here.
