Complaint Review: Promo Palace LLC

This has got to be the most unprofessional promotions (?) company that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, with incredibly laxed customer service response. I had purchased a service, saw no evidence of it having been provided, and contacted them via email about 3 times with no reply. Finally, after getting no reply, I disputed the charges with PayPal. The next thing I know, me and my company are being publily maligned as scammed via Twitter and Facebook. In trying to rectify the situations, my results were name calling from the owner, Paul Pickett, with no discussion. Did I mention that all of this was over $40? Promo Palace and it's affiliated companies (Indie Castle Radio) are a joke and their owner probably could benefit from counseling and medication.
