I worked for PromoModels.com (sister company Brandstaffing.com) in April of 2008.
I have a contract which states I will be paid within 90 days. I was told that I could expect payment earlier within 30 days. Around 60 days I contacted Promo Models asking when I could expect to receive my payment. My emails were not responded to.
Around 80 days I contacted them again asking about payment. I was told the payment was held up because they had not been paid from many different clients.
at 90 days I emailed them again but have not been responded to.
I have been referred to several different "Account Executives" but have not been able to confirm when my payment will be sent. if it will be sent...
