Complaint Review: Promosoft FreeRegistryFix

I tried the free version, and was advised there were over 4000 errors on my computer - not surprised as it was very slow. I was persuaded to upgrade and purchase the full version, but then found after scanning there were only 679 errors.

I have been trying to contact the company for the last few hours to query this.

All of their email addresses are bounced back as undeliverable. I then received an email regarding my purchase of a completely different product from this company PC 1 Click.

I had read several reviews of FreeRegistry Fix and assumed that as it had such high ratings, that it would be a reliable product and company.

I now see that others have had similar problems and I find it appalling that companies can sell products without any accountability. They give the internet a bad name.
