Complaint Review: Promotional Solutions PSI Promotions

This company has incredibly rude and obnxious employees. We called for information and samples, and were told no problem, just fill out the form and request such on the web. Then someone called back, stating we had to pay for the samples. When I asked why didn't they tell us then the first time we called, the person became rude and arrogant. I called back to speak to a "supervisor" and he was just as rude.I attempted to explain to him we already had some samples from other companies and wanted to consider theirs. Their policy was not a problem, just that it should have been explained at the intial contact. He just talked over me spouting how wonderful their company was. HA

Customer service is a negative 100. As for their products, who knows, because I will never order from them!
