Pronto Insurance Pro General Insurance Will Not Return Calls - Never Answers Phone- Adjuster Has Not Seen The Car - Over 30 Days Miami Florida

Was hit by a driver with Pronto Insurance.  She was ticketed.  Have called Pronto every day for last 21 days.  Agent/adjuster never returns the calls or answers the phone.  Spoke with Customer Service - there is no recourse. 

I asked for a manager's name and was refused.  I asked to elevate my claim urgency and was denied.  Vehicle is out of commission, and absolutely nobody at this company will respond.
