Property 23 Nate Heaps Green Clover Properties Retiree ripped off of retirement savings and home in Missouri FRAUD American Fork, Utah
My husband and I were looking into how to use a self directed IRA to buy real estate by rolling over my 401 K retirement account with Utah Retirement Systems. We were approached by Nate Heaps and Jacob Dean--who claimed to be specialists in rolling over 401K into real esate by establishing a self directed IRA with Equity Trust. To sum it up, while my husband and I were critically ill, they forged the needed documents to transfer my 401K to Equity Trust. Once they completed this illegal transfer, they set up an account in my nameAt Equity Trust. They then filled out a forged "Direction of Investment" form which they presented to Equity Trust! And although I hadn't completed the from the money they had transferred to Equity Trust from my State Retiremnt 401K. They claimed I had bought a property from their company with this money! They recorded a deed titled to Equity Trust FBO (my name), for some worthless, vandalized property to make the transaction look offical!
Icould include many more facts about thir fraudulant dealings, but I'm still too sick to take the time and my husband just got out of the ICU at Intermountain Medical center. I plan on filing a complaint with the Real Estate office of the Utah Attorney General! These guys go by several names: AKA Green Clover Properties, Property23, and Mountain Blue INC---all located in Utah! PLEASE CONTACT THE UTAH ATTORNEY GENERAL IF YOU HAVE BEEN SIMULARLY SCAMMED!

This is a update to the report I filed on Jan 25, 2012! Before yesterday, I didn't know the nme of the true owner of all of these companies listed above! The TOP MAN behind all of these real estate scams and fraud is SEAN WHEYLEN! He has "ripped-off" dozens and dozens of clients and creditors-- out of at least $78 million dollars--according to a newspaper article published by "The Herald" ( the main Utah County newspaper) in Jan 2011! For additional info-- from there-- go to "BIGGER POCKETS" website and enter in Sean Wheylan's name! There are pages and pages of "scam" reports--along with the details--listed on this site! For starters--look under: "Sean Wheylen and Property 23"--he forged documents and had them fakely notorized by a "notary" Juliann Dixon--and then used these forged documents to gain access into many of his victms personal financial accounts he was not authorized to use! Sean's scheme is to send out young, unlicensed, college students to do the "hard sell"! Then as soon as he has any info about you--he immediatly uses it and pushes the deals through faster than you can blink--the forged docments look real! Check it out! From a SLC UT retiree who lost thousands of dollars!
