Property Advantage ripoff Los Angelas California
On Auguest 4th, 2004 I was contacted by email from Stefanie Marie of Pro Marketing Group & Property Advantage. I was informed that if I was interrested in selling my camp ground intrest for Bears Den at Grove Okla. If I was, send $349.95 right away because they had a buyer. I faxed the completed the owner information doc. and electronic sent the $349.95.
The contract stated that all money would be returned if the sale was not complete within 60 days.
It has been almost 3 months and when they answer the phone they say someone will return my call. I have left my phone number 11 times with no return calls. When I talk to the supperviser Jason Scott, he says he will get back with me within 5 minuets. He has yet to call me back.
Now when I call they pick up the phone and hang up.
Do not let these people hook you with that great sales talk, We have a buyer for your timeshare.

Update to Property Advantage ripoff in Los Angelas California. The manager has contacted me since this report was entered. This is the first time anyone has contacted me from Property Advantage after I sent money. The manager has promised to have everything completely resolved within two weeks. He also commented that he would keep in contact with me regarding the sale of the properity.
Thank you Ripoff. You did good.This is the first time I feel that some one did some good.

Detective Kaplin has already taken all of my information regarding my experience. The bad news is these guys have already started changing telephone numbers since you became a victim. The good news is the're still using the same address.
