Complaint Review: Property Masters Of America

FALSE PROMISES AND DISHONESTY.

I read the other two reports and whole heartedly agree with the authors.

The quality of service at Property Masters is horrible. The focus is on their own wallets and pocket books and they nickle and dime investors to death.

In the beginning, they make tons of false promises to lure you into the door and to close the sale on you. They promised a "patented five step screening process" for tenants. Well so far they are batting under .500 with tenants bailing out on their lease contracts and the homeowners being stuck with high repair bills.

Their screening process is if there is a pulse.

If you are looking for honest, hard working professionals look elsewhere.
