Complaint Review: Property Performance Group

Property Performance Group, near Torrance, California, principals, Victoria and Jeff, were given a month to help us rent apartments. They speak of producing results on their website, yet were unable to rent even 1 apartment during that time. They only showed interest when we got close to the end of the month.
Upon termination, rather then leaving in a professional way, they took advantage of the resident manager, and left the premises taking everything including all tenant files, leases, applications and also several tenant rent checks. They had no authorization to do anything like this.
They have refused communication. The resident manager is held liable for these stolen rent checks and they have told him they would return the checks and have left him to take the consequences. Be careful.
