Property Review Solutions Company did not return my money as offered in money-back guarantee. Troy Michigan
On 7/28, I ordered a Property Review Consulting program for $361.95. After 3-4 months of additional investing of my own in working this program, I became very dissatisfied with the program and requested a full money-back return.
On 10/30, I contacted the company via email and telephone and requested my money back. Sheila from Admin support told me via email that they would look into this and get back.
As of 11/30, I had send 3 faxes and 3 emails requesting my money back. There was no response at all from company.
As of 12/20, I had send 2 more faxes and 2 more emails requesting my money back. I left several more messages on their telephone number. No one has gotten back to me since.
There is a 90-day money-back guarantee. It has been 5 months since I purchased their program and I no longer wish to use their training program and have told them that I would return all materials including CDs and tapes in perfect condition.
All I want is my money back.

Hi Vincent,
I agree with you that you think this program was useless, but where's the ripoff. You state that the program came with a 90 day guarantee, but you waited until after 90 days to request your money back. Under these circumstances I sure believe that the company has no obligation to return your money (even if you return the product). You should have made your request much sooner, then you might have had a better case to complain if they had not honored the guarantee.
