Complaint Review: Property Solutions Specialist Inc.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, a triple bypass surgery, loss of employment, and increase in monthly mortgage payments I could no longer make my house payments.

I was led to a Mr. Bob Fallacara who represents Property Solution Specialist out of Miami, Florida.
I was looking to buy time in order to right my financial situation and get back on my feet, when Mr. Fallacara told me that his company could mitigate my situation for a period of up to two years. I would not have to pay property taxes or insurance and that the second would be dropped all together.

Of course I was skeptical when I first heard this unbelievable information, so I called the BBB in Florida and they had no information on this company.
Being desperate I gave them a shot....Big mistake!

Months later after conferring with one of their agents I was informed that I was misinformed. Of course I requested an immediate refund in the amount of $1950.00 to a Mr. Jeff Kaiser who told me that he would get back to me tomorrow. Never did!

Two months later and even today I am still getting the run around. This is pure fraud on behalf of Property Solution Specialist.

Still waiting on my refund......
