Complaint Review: Property Tax Assessor Records

As a new home owner it is very confusing to know what you are supposed to fill out and send in. This company preys on new home owners who are trying to obtain refunds for overpayment in property taxes.

In my case, I overpaid my property taxes because my homestead exemption had not been processed yet. When i received a letter stating that I owed a $45 fee for processing my exemption to get a refund, I was upset but thought it was the goverment because they normally tax you and charge processing fees on everything else.

Property Tax Assessors Records Corp. is a skam. Luckily for me, I called the real tax assessors office and they told me that this company has nothing to do with thier offices and they will act as a 3rd party and attempt to take your refund.
