When I first called Propolene, I was very specific in stating that I was interested in the $30 trial of a dietary supplement advertised on TV. When I received the product, it said my credit card had been charged $89.85, an amount I DID NOT agree to. I called customer service, and the representative I spoke to said there was nothing she could do.

The first woman I spoke to had signed me up for a multi-month program, which I specifically said NO to when she offered it. Yet, there I was, having been charged 3-times what I'd agreed to. I couldn't accept that, so called back a third time and spoke with another customer service representative, who said all I had to do was mail back the unused portion or empty bottles approximately 45 days from when I received the product or three weeks from the day I spoke with her.

I DID THIS. When I did not get my refund back after a few months, I called your customer service a fourth time. The man I spoke with said I hadn't sent the bottles in on time, so my request for a refund had been denied. I never should have been charged the $90 dollar amount.

I sent my unused product back within the time the customer service rep. instructed. I found out by surfing the net that they do this to everyone. No one is charged the $30 advertised. Basically they lie and charge your credit card whatever they please. You'd think they would have been sued by now, but I'm sure they considered the fact that court costs would be well over the $90.
