I ordered ProSeal on 5-10-06, charged on my credit card 5-23-06. Contacted Customer Service 3 times, told me item was shipped, didn't receive, will ship again. Still no item received as of today 8-29-06. Contacted them again and was given new number to call, 1-800-716-8667, Windstorm, which you can't get through to a liver, but told to contact CustomerCare@stormvac.com.

Finally, got a response to my e-mail, but I have to send them proof I paid for the ProSeal Kit, either my bank statement, credit card statement or cancelled check, via mail to 245 8th Ave, PMB 855, New York, NY 10011. No way, will I send any of this to them. I sent back e-mail asking for a live person to call me, probably won't, but I will keep trying. I wish I had gone to this website before I ordered this so called product.

ProSeal Still Advertising on TV

ProSeal is still advertising it's "product" on TV, The History Channel. I did e-mail the History Channel about this ad, but have not received a response. Just wanted to get this out there, in case some one may be considering buying this "product". They gave a web page to use, that doesn't exist, but the phone number to order, 1-800-716-9912, works. I am still awaiting word from my credit card company on their investigation of ProSeal.

Update to my ProSeal Problems

I have contacted my credit card company and they are going to credit my account and seek payment back from this company. I also contacted the Chamber of Commerce for Hicksville, NY and they are forwarding documents for me to file. The customer service rep did answer my e-mail (customercare@stormvac.com) and said it I wanted to talk to a live person, to call the number he/she gave me in the first response to my e-mail, 1-800-716-8667. Of course, as before you get recorded message, they are so busy, contact e-mail address. I waited about 10 minutes on the phone and got disconnected.
