I ordered Pro-Seal in February of 2006. After turning down a bunch of extra add ons, the amount came to $30.06. My credit card was charged on 28FEB2006.

My credit card was then charged again on 01MAR2006. I called and the second $30.06 was credited on 03MAR2006. This just goes to show that they can process a credit quickly if they want to. By this time I received the shipment and thought all was well.

They then processed another order in my name on 08MAR2006 and I received a second shipment (which doesn't contain the correct pieces). I did not place a second order. My credit card was charged on 14MAR2006. I called on 18APR2006 and they said they will do another credit by the end of the month. They didn't want the second set of stuff back. Because they had been prompt with the refund the first time, I didn't dispute the charge with my credit card company -- big mistake.

I then called on 10MAY2006 and this time was told my refund would be issued in about 2 weeks.

I called on 15JUN2006 and was told that a message would be sent to Accounting asking why my refund was being delayed and that I should check back next week.

I called 29JUN2006 and was told that the refund order was entered 12MAY2006 and that they are taking 60 days to process. I called 60 days later on 13JUL2006 and was told that it is 60 BUSINESS days. The way I count business days, this means I will get my credit 04AUG2006. Assuming that I do get the refund in 60 business days, that means that they have had my $30.06 for almost 5 months. I consider this a rip-off.

Since a refund that could be processed in 2 days in March now takes 5 months I suspect that the company is having serious cash flow problems. I recommend that you stay away from them at this time.
