Derrick from Pro Sealers, LLC pressure cleaned and sealed our pavers in January with a 5 year warranty. The product began failing badly within 6 months. When we contacted him to rectify the situation, he scheduled us for a few weeks later but failed to show. Then they came the next day to pressure clean but said they’d return the following morning to seal only to fail to show up or call on 4 consecutive days, each day promising to be their the next. They finally showed up without a hose clamp and dropped uneven puddles of sealant everywhere, including massive amounts in the pool. We have photos of the mold after the original seal, text messages of the many no-shows and empty promises, photos of the faulty equipment on the eventual re-do, and the pool/spa full of sealant. Derrick was belligerent the times he would respond and we have requested a refund to get another company to come and fix.
