Prosoft3D Charged my Debit card $19.95 - The product did not work for me so I was told they refunded my $ burlington Ontario

 I ordered this companies product to solve a computer issue. The product did not work for ME as it was a password deciphering program, but didn't work for me as I needed a BIOS level password recovered.

  I ended up contacting Dell support, who were in turn able to give me a unlock code based on my service tag number.

I recontacted ProSoft3D to advise of my issue and they said that they went ahead and recredited my card.

That did not happen. I intend to contact my bank and have them reverse the charges as I have an email from ProSoft showing the refund.
