PROSOFT3D made an unathorized charge to my credit card for software I did not download Burlington Ontario
Visited their website from a link. Software was advertised for 9.99 but when you go to the checkout page AFTER you have entered you card info them is really 29.95. I closed that page and deleted my information from their previous page but they went ahead and charged my card for the unauthorized purchase, Was promised a refund but from the reviews I have seen that is the standard reply and the refund never comes. I spoke at length with a representative about their deceptive website and shady practices. Will update this if the refund EVER shows up. Do not enter any payment info on this site.
