Purchased their useless software to unlock my laptop. It didn't work at all, and I requested a refund. That was on 12-28-11. Today is 1-12-12 and I have e-mailed them 3 times and each time "mandy" says it is either processed (1st time) or that they are checking on it. Do not use their product it does not work and their 100% money back guarantee isn't worth the paper it is written on (pun intended).
