on August 9, 2020 

i Place and Order via their online website for the RodeCaster Pro system, i was given a UPS shippping label

information after three days i check to see if my item was shipted, but no information was generated by the UPS system i placed a call to the store but no contact at the number given  866-279-4489 i then went online to the chat system and  guy by the Name Pablo Cruz advised me that my item was getting ready to ship and to wait another 24 hours to get the information on the ups link i waited but nothing. 

i then located a local number at 305-420-5634 i spoke to a female about my items she advised me that the item was damage and will take 21 days to recive them i advised her to refund my funds she tells me i am s**t out of luck and ended the call i reached out to the owner Alexander Sanchez at 786-314-1856 the number just rings and voice mail box is not set up  i have started a complaint with the attorney generals offices in florida and refered my case to the FBI Fruad Department next a Class action Lawsuit
